The following terms and conditions apply to CAP A L'OUEST 85, located at 2 rue des Bergers, 85340 Les Sables d'Olonne, Vendée, offering bed and breakfast accommodation and meals for booking via the website and mobile services. Booking: Your booking becomes effective upon payment of the deposit (25% of the total cost of your stay), either online or by check. The deposit is processed and deducted from the final payment. Bookings can be made directly on the website or by telephone. Cancellation: If the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the start of your stay, the deposit will be retained by the owner, who reserves the right to claim the remaining balance. It can be converted into a credit note valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation. Tourist Tax: The tourist tax is collected by the owner and paid to the tax authorities. It is calculated according to the local council's rates, payable per person per night. It is free for those under 18. Pets: Pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind or assistance dogs (the owner must be informed when booking). If the guest violates this rule, the owner reserves the right to cancel the stay, and no refund will be given. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is between 5 PM and 7 PM. For other times, please contact the owner. Check-out is before 11 AM. TV and Wi-Fi access: There are no TVs in the rooms, but they are available in the lounge. Free Wi-Fi is available. Use of the premises: Guests must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or common areas. The guest agrees to return the rooms and living area in good condition and to notify the owner of any damage before the end of their stay. Parking: Guests are asked to respect designated parking spaces to avoid obstructing vehicles during parking maneuvers. Breakfast: Breakfast is included in the nightly rate. Guests are asked to inform the owner of any food allergies or intolerances, as well as any dietary restrictions for the evening meal (table d'hôtes). Breakfast is served between 8:00 and 9:30 AM. Table d'hôtes: Meals at the table d'hôtes are reserved for guests who have rented a room. This service is not available to anyone not staying at the property. The meal is a set menu including a starter, main course, dessert, and drinks. Dinner is served exclusively in the evening at 8:00 PM.
